From new construction to Anaheim homes
I spent my early years in the trade pouring foundations and flatwork, the slabs for driveways, patios and walks, on new construction. That's where I learned concrete from the ground up. In 2017 I started Advanced Anaheim Concrete Company to work on homes people already live in, where the job has to fit around a family, a yard and the concrete that's already there.
New construction taught me to work quickly, but lived-in homes taught me that what sits under the surface is what people live with for years. Today we're best known for driveways, patios and foundation work on lived-in homes. Most of our calls come from homeowners in Anaheim and the cities around it, and some from property owners with a lot or a bigger project in mind.
What I care about most is leaving your home in better shape than we found it, with the lawn, the walls and the neighbors treated as carefully as the new concrete. Our crew lead runs the work on site with our crew, and we plan each pour around the midday heat, which can leave a weak, dusty top on new concrete.
Finish, curing and clean-up
We finish the surface, often with a broom finish, a light texture for grip, then explain curing, the wait that lets the slab harden before you use it, and clean up before we leave.

When a job needs a permit, we handle the application with the city and book the inspections. If we're unsure what the city wants, we ask the city's Building Division first, so you know where things stand before work begins.
