Concrete contractor work for homes in Anaheim, CA
Advanced Anaheim Concrete Company has been a concrete contractor in Anaheim since 2017, replacing cracked, sinking driveways and patios and pouring foundations. The price turns on the size, the tear-out and the finish, and the schedule turns on the digging and the days concrete needs to cure. I measure at your home, and the estimate gives your figure.
Concrete driveway building
We build concrete driveways on a dug-out, packed base, then cut control joints, shallow grooves that steer the cracks concrete makes into straight lines.

Want a place for a table and grill out back? We pour patios sloped away from the house, so winter rain runs off instead of pooling at your door.

Stamped concrete is pressed with patterns and color while it's still wet, so a patio or walk can look like stone, brick or tile in a single pour.

A heaved or sunken walkway catches toes. We rebuild the base and pour a new walk with a broom finish, a light texture that grips when wet.

We pour garage floors thick enough for the cars and tools you keep there, with a smooth, hard surface that sweeps clean.

What counts as decorative concrete? It's color, exposed stone, scored patterns and borders on patios, walks and entries, for homes that want more than plain gray.

When a slope keeps washing soil onto your patio, a concrete retaining wall holds the hill back, with drainage behind it so water doesn't push it over.

We install interior concrete floors for additions, workshops and ground-floor rooms, with rebar, steel bars set inside the slab, to hold it together if it cracks.

Pool decks need a surface that stays grippy under wet feet and water that drains away from the pool. We plan both in before the first pour.

Front steps that rock or have broken edges are a fall waiting to happen. We form and pour new concrete steps with even step heights and a textured top.

We pour slab foundations for garages, additions and backyard units, packing the subgrade, the soil the slab sits on, firm before any concrete goes down.

Advanced Anaheim Concrete Company, a concrete contractor for Anaheim homes
I spent my early years in the trade pouring foundations and flatwork, the driveways, walks and slabs around new homes. In 2017 I started this business to work on homes people already live in, where each job has to fit around a family, a yard and the concrete already there. We're licensed and fully insured.
We're based in Anaheim and work in the cities around it across Orange County and nearby. The easiest way to reach us is (657) 347-3764, seven days a week from 6 AM to 11 PM, or our contact page, and you can read more about how we work.
Why Anaheim homeowners call us
New construction taught me to work quickly, but lived-in homes taught me that what's under the surface is what you live with for years. That's why we treat your lawn, your walls and your neighbors as carefully as the new concrete.
You deal with the owner directly
I come out myself for the first visit, so the plan we talk through at your home is the same plan our crew works from.
The base comes before the finish
If a budget runs tight, I'd rather simplify the finish than cut corners on the base, because the packed ground under the slab is what keeps it from settling with the dirt.
Permits handled before the first truck
When your job needs a permit, we handle the application with the city and book the inspections, so you know where things stand before the first truck arrives.

Questions Anaheim homeowners ask
How much does a new concrete driveway cost in Anaheim?
The cost of a concrete driveway in Anaheim depends on its size, the tear-out of the old slab, the base work and the finish, so I measure it at your home before giving a figure. A plain broom finish costs less than stamped or colored concrete, and a tight side yard the truck can't reach takes more labor. Your estimate puts all of that in writing.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace a cracked concrete driveway?
Repair usually costs less when only a few sections are cracked and the ground under them is firm, because we can saw-cut those out and pour new ones. If the base has settled across the whole slab, patches tend to crack again and replacing it is the better spend. I'll tell you which one I see when I come out.
How long will I be without my driveway after a concrete pour?
You'll be off it for the days new concrete needs to cure, with foot traffic allowed well before cars, and I'll give you the dates for your job at the estimate. Tear-out and base work come first, and weather can push a pour back, so the schedule turns on your ground and the forecast more than on the pour itself.
Does a concrete contractor in Anaheim need a state license?
Yes, in most cases, since the state licensing board requires a license when a project needs a building permit, uses any additional workers or totals $1,000 or more in labor and materials. The City of Anaheim also asks every business working in the city, including those based elsewhere, to hold an Anaheim business license. We're licensed and fully insured, and you're welcome to ask about it at the estimate.
Do I need a permit for concrete work in Anaheim?
Many jobs do, because the City of Anaheim says most improvements need a permit before construction starts, and only cosmetic work goes without one. If I'm unsure what your job needs, I ask the city's Building Division before we start, and when a permit is needed we file it and book the inspections for you.
Do you guarantee your concrete work?
Yes, our promise is satisfaction guaranteed on every job. If something about the finished work doesn't sit right with you, please call (657) 347-3764 and tell me about it.
Will my new concrete driveway crack like the old one?
Concrete can still crack as it dries and shrinks, but we work to keep cracks small and along the joints we cut, not wandering across the middle. Most old cracks we see come from a base that was raked level instead of dug out and packed, joints cut late or skipped, or a pour that baked in the midday heat. We dig out and pack the base, cut the joints on time and plan the pour around the heat of the day.
Does Anaheim's winter rain affect a concrete pour?
It can, since nearly two-thirds of Anaheim's yearly rain falls in December, January and February, so a winter pour may need to move with the forecast. Rain matters after the pour too, which is why we check where water runs across your yard and slope the slab away from the house before we form it.
